Giving Trees
Each year, the St Joseph Jaycees put up Christmas Trees at the following local businesses, St Joseph Meat Market, Sentry Bank, Uptown Styles, Wandering Cow, and Bad Habit.
These trees are for families that are local and need help during the holiday season. Each tree includes many tags that have items families are in need of, from babies to young adults.
Local community members can grab a tag, go shopping for what the tag requires, return the unwrapped gift to that local business. The Jaycees will then spend a night, as an organization, wrapping presents to get them ready to hand out to these local families before Christmas Day.
With the left over tags, the Jaycees will spend a day shopping for things in need, using the money we have raised that year.
