About the Jaycee Organization...
Our Guiding Principles
As an all-volunteer grassroots organization, the Jaycees offers the opportunity for a young person to find their own path in volunteering and service. While a grassroots organization, we also provide a connection to larger statewide, nationwide, and international impact. The Jaycees offers connection to mentoring, true ownership over work and connection to something larger than the individual-all things essential to the engagement of young adults in volunteering.
The Jaycees envisions a pathway of personal development for young people who emerge as leaders while improving their communities.
The Mission of the Jaycees is to provide the opportunity for young individuals to develop the leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship and fellowship necessary to create positive change.
Membership is open to individuals age 18-41 both inclusive, regardless of race, sex, creed, disability, color or sexual preference is eligible for membership in any chapter in this organization with full privileges thereof as outlined in the bylaws and policies of the corporation.

Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month, 7 p.m. at the American Burger Bar.
That faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life;
That the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations;
That economic justice can best be won by free men through free enterprise;
That government should be of laws rather than of men;
That earth’s great treasure lies in human personality;
And that service to humanity is the best work of life!
